Refunds

If Prompt Island doesn’t work for you, email us at support@promptisland.cc within 14 days of purchase. Please include your purchase email or receipt ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Once refunded, the associated license will be deactivated.

You may request a voluntary refund within 14 days of purchase. If local law provides longer or non-waivable consumer rights, those rights apply.

License effect

During the refund window, the app holds paid provisional access only; refunded orders cannot finalize into a permanent certificate. After permanent finalize, revocation for a later exceptional refund or dispute reaches an offline device only on a later active license check. Local data is never deleted or held hostage.
