Acceptance

By using or purchasing Prompt Island, you agree to these terms.

Seller

For purchases completed through Creem, Armitage Labs OÜ (Creem) is the contractual seller and Merchant of Record, with registered address Telliskivi Street 57b/1, Tallinn 10412, Estonia. Prompt Island provides the product, licensing, and support; Creem handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable indirect taxes.

License

A purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for up to 2 Macs active at a time. After both seats are used, you may release an old Mac before activating a new one.

Trial

The 3-day full-feature trial starts when the app first launches and connects to the authorization service.

Purchase and activation

The purchase key is only an activation credential. After payment, the app receives paid provisional access first; after the refund window, one online finalize completes permanent authorization. After the permanent certificate is complete, daily use works long-term offline.

Refunds

A voluntary 14-day refund policy is offered and does not affect non-waivable local consumer rights.

Use restrictions

Do not resell, share activation credentials, bypass authorization, reverse server protocols, disrupt the service, or use the app unlawfully.

Intellectual property

Prompt Island, the site, graphics, code, and copy belong to their rights holders. Your prompts and workspaces remain yours.

Privacy

Authorization receives only necessary authorization information and does not upload prompts, workspaces, paths, search terms, or clipboard contents. Information needed for payment and email delivery is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Updates and support

A one-time purchase includes future Prompt Island product updates released publicly without a subscription, including bug fixes, security updates, macOS compatibility improvements, and new versions released under the Prompt Island name. This does not promise specific features or release dates, or permanent compatibility with every future macOS version or third-party app. Separately released products and clearly identified optional paid extensions are not included. Support requests may be sent to support@promptisland.cc; we normally provide an initial response within 3 business days. Updates and support will not delete, encrypt, or withhold local data, or weaken a permanent license that has already taken effect.

Disclaimer

The software is provided as is and is not promised to fit every situation or run without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prompt Island is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, and non-waivable consumer rights, are not affected by this section.

Termination

After a violation or confirmed refund or dispute, the server may reject future authorization requests; local data is not deleted or held hostage.

Changes

Material changes will be explained on the site or in the app. Core license commitments for existing purchases will not be quietly weakened.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without affecting non-waivable rights under the laws of the consumer’s residence. Disputes should first be raised through support@promptisland.cc; unresolved disputes are submitted to Harju County Court where legally permitted. If mandatory consumer law specifies another authority or court, that rule applies. Payment, invoicing, tax, refund, and chargeback handling are also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms; if there is a conflict, the Creem Buyer Terms control for those payment matters.
